Tell us about the film.
The film is very special and it reminded me of my younger days. I had a feeling that I did a different film after a long time. The film is based on a robbery that took place in 1980. We made it based on the true incidents. The film is based on the Bollywood film Special 26 but our director treated it in a different manner.
What made you do the film?
The director treated the film differently. The way of storytelling, designing the characters and writing the dialogues is impressive. I liked it and accepted to do the film. I had the experience of working with some great actors like Karthik, Ramya Krishna and Senthil in the film.
Tell us about dubbing on your own?
Telugu is a beautiful language and I always like it. I enjoyed dubbing on my own for this film. It took me 8 days to complete the dubbing in Tamil but I took 46 days for Telugu dubbing. I will improve more.
How is it coming for Sankranthi by comepting with other movies?
I dont feel it as a competition. PK and NBK are big heroes here. I am sure that all over films will become successful.
What are the highlights of the film?
Vignesh Shivan taking is a major highlight in the film. Anirudh music is also going to be a plus point for the film. I am happy working on this project.
What are your next projects?
I am doing a film with Selva Raghavan where Sai Pallavi and Rakul will play the heroines. I will also work with KV Anand. Films with Hari and VIkram K Kumar are in the discussions.
