Bekkem Venugopal and Riyaaz bankrolled the small budget film ‘Hushaaru’ which became a super hit. Under the direction of Sri Harsha konuganti, Tejas Kancharla, Tej Kurapati, Abhinav Manchu, Dinesh Tej, Daksha Nagarkar, Priya Vadlamani, Hema etc played vital roles in the film. The movie released on December 14th has successfully completed 50 days of theatrical run. On this note, director Sriharsha Konuganti shared some experiences with the media.

*When we were filming, the only target was youth and we really think that we have reached our target. Youth connected well with the film and even the response from social media is also positive.

*The audience who watch the film will connect at least with one of those characters. Now, people are also recognizing me. They are coming to me and are saying why and how they connected well with the film. It is only the audience who took the film to the next level the and we are very happy about that.

*We used to have another thought in mind for ‘Undiporaadhey’ song. Based on the story, Hero will give surprise to heroine and instead of going to the US he decides to stay in India with her. Conveying that he loves her is the intention of the song. Rathan Sir gave a beautiful tune for that and Sid Sriram has given his wonderful voice. We are very happy that Allu Arjun l tweeted that he liked the song.

*The movie is currently getting remade in Tamil and Hindi. They asked me to direct the film but it didn’t work out.

*I am currently busy developing two scripts. I am going to work with big banners. One of them is a subject-oriented positive film. It will be an inspirational movie and will get a clean ‘U’ certificate.
